The White Sage hydrosol is from the desert sage that has been used by Native Americans and others for rituals, smudging, and healing as far back as traditions go. It is very immediate in its effect, and in most cases very little of it is needed. Its action is similar to smudging with sage, but without the smoke and burning embers, and much more concentrated.
